Refund Policy

Wave Riders, we hope you love your products as much as we do, but sometimes things just don't work out--and that's ok! Why? Because Southern Wave offers returns within seven (7) days of the date you received your item in the mail OR within seven (7) days of the date you purchased the item(s) at a pop-up location. Please email monica@SouthernWaveBoutique.com to request an authorization for any and all returns/exchanges. 


PLEASE NOTE:

  • ANY return will be honored with store credit only in the amount the item was originally purchased for--cash and/or credit amount will not be credited back to buyer;
  • If an item is marked as "SALE" it is not eligible for return and is considered a final sale;
  • The buyer (you) are responsible for any return shipment costs;
  • Items that are not marked as "SALE" items may be exchanged for, if only requested size/color/etc. is in stock and/or available at that time;
  • ALL returned items must be delivered in original packaging with all tags attached, receipt included, and in perfect, unused, sellable condition. If this finds not to be true, buyer may not be considered eligible for store credit/exchange;
  • Southern Wave is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment or return shipment--an insured or trackable mail service is recommended;
  • Allow 7-14 business days for return to be processed.
